House rules Eurotrial 2024 – Germany

The organizers are responsible for house rules and these must be fulfilled strictly.

Strict alcohol ban when driving vehicles on the event site.

Open fires and charcoal grills are prohibited.

Ist not allowed to drive with motorized vehicles (cars, quads, etc.) on the race area except for the competition vehicles after passing the technical inspection. Only registered service cars/vehicles are allowed to drive on the race area. neck support systems / neck braces highly recommended during the competition

From Thursday, the competition vehicles are allowed to be brought onto the race area for technical inspection. After inspection, the vehicles must be brought directly to the parc fermé. The valid road traffic regulations apply.

The disposal of faeces and grey water is only permitted in the containers provided.

The constant contamination of the entire event site is prohibited.

Repairs of vehicles are only permitted at the service point and not in the camp area or parc fermé.

Every competition vehicle must be parked on an oil-resistant tarpaulin.

Parking on the access roads is prohibited.

Animals must be kept on a leash.

From 10 p.m., there is a quiet time in the camping area.

Entering adjacent areas (shooting ranges, track areas, lakes, etc.) is prohibited. Parking must be done in the designated areas of the camping area in a space-saving manner.

Escape routes and assembly points must be kept clear at all times.

Instructions from the emergency services/fire department must be followed.

ATTENTION: There is a railway line in the immediate vicinity of the event site, extreme caution is required, please also watch out for children and animals, etc.
